FINALLY! WORKING DRIVERS FOR WINDOWS XP!
This page was created for those who can't find Windows XP drivers for the Diamond Stealth II S220 VGA card. Search no more! The drivers below just work. Don't expect your card to be really fast but hey, we're talking about a 4MB card! You can do simple stuff like move windows(or scroll down) now without waiting a sec for it to reload the new position! Just follow these instructions:
1. Download the file from the link below
2. Right-click the file and decompress it to a temp directory
3. Go to Control Panel--->System--->Device Manager
4. Find the entry for your vga card
5. Right-click it and choose 'Update driver'
6. Find and choose the temp directory that you extracted the file in
7. The driver will be installed but at the end there is a message saying "Windows couldn't initiate the driver for this device(code 37)" or something like that
8. Don't pay attention to the error message. Just reboot and...voila!
Of course when you reboot the new resolution will be the lowest(like 640x480). All you have to do is change it to the maximum 1280x1024 for this card.
